Tank Processors are tanks that are used for processing materials which usually are made of Stainless Steel and are fully jacketed and insulated with agitators and are designed for complete drainage of the products. Processing tanks are usually dished top and bottoms and may have Clean in Place capability. Processing tanks have a variety of agitation for simple mixers to triple motion agitators and full scrapping of the product from the walls and the bottom.
120 gallon capacity, 304 stainless steel, low pressure jacketed cooker cooler. Vessel dimensions: 48" diameter x 24" deep with a 12" straight wall and cone bottom. Equipped with ¾ Hp bridge mounted scrape agitator and 2½" OD / 1¾" ID seated bevel style bottom discharge with flow valve and 24" ground clearance. Control box with push button start / stop. Mounted on (3) legs.

Mounted on (6) legs.

System mounted on a 41" long x 25" wide stainless steel base with casters.

Vessel: 54" OD; 22" straight wall, Equipped with dome top, 18" man way with flip top, latch down cover, bridge mounted side and bottom scrape agitation. Additionally features one fixed inside baffle, two 3" and one 2 1/2" OD sanitary top ports. Full side / bottom jacketed rated MAWP of 90 psi @ 400°F and MDMT -20³F @ 90 psi.
