Tank SS Single Wall is a classification of tanks fabricated from stainless steel but lack no insulation or jackets for heat transfer. SS single wall tanks may have agitators and these can be from simple propellers to fully scraped or bottom swept agitators.
CP, 2000 gallon, 316 stainless steel, single wall tank. Vessel Dimensions: 84" diameter x 76" straight wall. Equipped with a dome top and dish bottom with a 18" diameter top manway with bolt down cover, top sight glass, access ladder and 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-Clamp style bottom discharge with 33" ground clearance.

Ross, Model FDA-500, 500 gallon, 316 stainless steel mixing tank. Vessel Dimensions: 55" diameter x 60" deep with a 55" straight wall. Equipped with flat top, 16" OD flip-up / clamp down man way, center bridge mounted 25 Hp scrape surface agitator, 50 Hp high speed saw tooth mixer and (3) CIP spray balls. Dish bottom has 3½" OD / 3"ID Tri-Clamp center bottom discharge with 23" floor clearance. Mounted on (4) leg painted frame.

Lee, 1000 gallon capacity, 316 stainless steel single wall mixing tank. Vessel dimensions: 66" diameter x 70" straight wall with dish style bottom. Equipped with 15" diameter top manway, paddle agitator and has 20" x 15" side bottom manway with flip open cover. Mounted on (4) legs with 3½" OD / 3" ID bottom discharge with butterfly valve and 15" ground clearance.

Walker, 200 Gallon, 304 stainless steel, single wall mixing tank. Vessel Dimensions: 36" in Diameter; 48" Straight Wall. Pressure rating: 75 psi internal pressure @ 100° F. Equipped with a bolt down dome top, 2" OD tri-clover inlet, prop mixer, 2" OD jacket inlet / outlets, dish bottom, and 2" OD center bottom discharge. Mounted on casters.

Feldmeier, 2000 gallon capacity, stainless steel process tank with 316L stainless steel contact parts. Vessel dimensions: 84" diameter with 84" straight wall. Equipped with dome top, 18" OD flip top man way, top mounted 15 Hp side and bottom sweep agitation, CIP spray balls and thermowell. Dish bottom has 3½" OD / 3" ID center bottom ball valve discharge with 8" ground clearence. Control panel with push button start / stop and variable speed control. Mounted on (4) legs with foot pads.

Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs with casters.

Equipped with a lift off cover, bridge mounted prop agitation powered by a 3 hp drive and 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-Clamp style discharge with butterfly valve and 10" ground clearance. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs with casters.
OAD: 48"L x 42"W x 80"H
500 gallon, 304 stainless steel, processing tank. Vessel dimensions: 55" ID x 60" straight wall. Equipped with a 10 Hp top bridge mounted scrape agitator, 19" diameter manway, (1) flush mount sensor port and CIP spray balls supplied by a 2½"OD / 2"ID tri-clamp fitting. Cone bottom has 3"OD / 2½"ID Tri-Clamp center discharge with 20" ground clearance. Mounted on (4) leg frame.
