Rated up to 2,400 cans or 1,400 bottles, 4 to 24 single tier packs and 250 cartons per minute – depending on materials, application. Product and carton size range: Per application. Equipped with product in feed conveyors with (6) lane dividers that split into dual (3) lane dividers to star wheel indexing, 72" long powered blank carton magazine and (3) head rotary pick and place, with (4) chains adjustable set on 9" centers, and 1½" wide x 2" high lugs, with dual tucker / seating wheels product loaders one each side, Nordson ProBlue hot melt glue system, with plow type major and minor flap closers, cycle stop for unsealed cartons, timing belt drive compression section and discharge conveyor. Equipped with (3) chains adjustable set on 6" centers, carton size: 7/8" to 5" in length x ¾" to 3½" in width x 2¼" to 10" in depth. Equipped with 24" long blank carton magazine with recipacting single arm vacuum pick and place, Nordson hot melt glue system, 24" long load area each side, 36" long x 3" wide discharge conveyor. Machine is on 7-1/2" centers with carton size range of: (length) 1" – 6"; (width) 1/2" – 3"; (Depth) 2 1/2" to 8". Equipped with powder carton magazine, 2 head rotary feeder, graduated scale adjustments, 4′ 6" load area on each side of carousel, E- Stops, E-trac AC inverter, Piab vacuum system and interlocked guarding.

Equipped with (4) chains adjustable set on 18" centers, with 2" long x 3" high lugs. Carton size range: 1¾" to 15¾" in Length; ½" to 6" in Width; 3¾" to 14" in Depth. Equipped with 96" long powered blank carton magazine, 2 head rotary vacuum pic n place, top squaring system, 72" long product hand load area, major flap plows, minor flap closers, Nordsen hot melt glue system and vacuum system. Control panel with start / stop, jog / run, glue on / off and vacuum pump on / off. Mounted on base frame with lexan guarding and height adjustable legs with casters.
