Equipped with dual belt film pull down, power film unwind, 17" wide horizontal seal jaws, 25" long vertical seal bar, forming tube, Maximum film width of 32" and Maximum roll OD of 19.7", 3" OD core and film registration. Multivac Model R5200, inline, intermittent motion, roll-stock, form, fill and seal thermoformer with cycles and number of product per minute – depending on materials and application. Film width from 320mm to 620mm, with a maximum depth of 130mm and maximum cut-off length of 600mm. (Tooling is a change part required per application). Equipped with 28" long bottom film rolls on 2-1/2" OD cores with top and bottom flexable film forming dies, 112" long product load area with gas flush and stepper top driven dancer bars with 24" long film rolls on 2-1/2" OD cores, top and bottom seal dies with 24" long cross cut knifes and (2) sets of longital rotary sliters. Cloud, Model SC24, Horizontal, stainless steel, continuous motion, form / fill / seal machine. Rated from 100 to 800 pouches per minute – depending on materials and application. Set on 2-(7/8)" fixed centers film rollers. Pouches are made from roll stock called a web which is pulled from the rollers thru a forming plow that folds web lengthwise to form a pouch web strip which is then wrapped 180 Deg around a heated rotary drum sealer currently set on 2-(7/8)" centers to vertically heat seal web strip, vacuum transfer wheel takes web strip to the 24-station rotary powder or granular filler, the filled web strip is then pulled thru 9" long top heat sealing bar, to rotary knife wheel that cuts the web strip into individual pouches and a 8" wide x 50" long discharge conveyor.

Inever Pack / Matrix Model MLS6/10, stainless steel, 10 head, vertical, stick pack, form / fill / seal machine rated 50 to 450 packets per minute – depending on materials and application. Minimum / Maximum packet size range: 17mm to 25mm in Width; 60mm to 200mm in Length. Equipped with stainless steel pressurized product hopper has sanitary pistons with liquid dosers and servo drives, both mounted above stick pack machine with CIP and ultrasonic level controls. Film slitters and forming tubes, with (10) 1" OD filling nozzles set on 2-1/2" centers, and 1" long vertical lap sealer with 25" wide cross-cut seal bars.
