Equipped with film slitter, registration, tension assist, film assist pull wheels, 2-up towelette inserter, liquid filling system, tear notch punch, (4) lobe horizontal cross seal arbors, side sealers, cross cut knife. Control panel with visual display. Film specifications: up to 16" in Width; up to 14" in diameter; 3" core. Mounted on height adjustable base frame.

Bartelt Model IM714, Fully automatic intermittent motion form, fill, seal, machine rated from 10 to 100 pouches per minute – depending on materials and application. Pouch size range: 2" to 9-1/2" in Height 2" to 5-3/4" in Width and 2" thick. Equipped with 14 stations on 7" centers, double auger fillers with product settlers and pouch shaker stop, cleaning and sealing stations with vacuum pick-off. Controller has PLS 5000 Electro cam controls. Mounted on heavy duty frame with interlock safety guarding. Last running instant Oatmeal.

AMI / Zippak, Model D-25000-25, Top zipper applicator. Rated from 10 to 60 cycles per minute – with number of pouch per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Used to apply a zipper closure to most vertical form, fill and seal machines. Equipped with 18" diameter zipper spool on a 1½" core and 27" wide film roll holder, Branson 900 BCA Advanced Unltrasonic end seal with 11" Seal bar and has control panel with touch pad interface controls. Mounted on a stainless steel frame with leveling legs.

Circle Packaging, Model H18P15D, horizontal servo driven form, fill and seal machine. Rated from 10 to 60 cycles per minute with number of product – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Film Specifications: up to 36" wide on 3" core. Equipped with 18" wide x 72" long transfer conveyor into sealing machine. Sealing head set with (15) lanes, (5/16") wide side seals, 18" wide (4) lobe end seal, tear notch station, slitters and knife cut off. Includes (2) stainless steel film roll carts. Forming area: 5¼" x 5¼". Foil Roll: 8" OD on a 3" core. Blister Material Roll: 24" diameter on a 3" core. Equipped with (3) tracks, vibratory product feeder, brush box, flexible film dispense, 20" long heating plate, 5¼" x 5¼" forming plate, sealing station, perforation station, die cutting station with pick and place removal and waste rewind.
