Tank Processors are tanks that are used for processing materials which usually are made of Stainless Steel and are fully jacketed and insulated with agitators and are designed for complete drainage of the products. Processing tanks are usually dished top and bottoms and may have Clean in Place capability. Processing tanks have a variety of agitation for simple mixers to triple motion agitators and full scrapping of the product from the walls and the bottom.
DCI, 7,000 Gallon, 316 stainless steel, jacketed and insulated tank. Vessel Dimensions: 107" diameter x 184" straight wall. Equipped with dome top, slant bottom with bottom prop agitation powered by 2 Hp motor drive, 16" x 20" side manway with bolt down cover, (2) thermowells, CIP spray ball supplied by a 2½" OD / 2" ID Tri-Clamp, 3" OD vent line, 3" OD / 2½" ID Tri-clamp style bottom side inlet and bottom side discharge.

Additionally features (2) thermowells, CIP spray ball supplied by a 2½" OD / 2" ID Tri-Clamp, 3" OD vent line, 3" OD / 2½" ID Tri-clamp style bottom side inlet and bottom side discharge.
Walker, Model HHT, 6000 Gallon, 316L Stainless steel, horizontal, jacketed, processing tank. Has vessel Dimensions of: 106" in Diameter; x 180" Straight wall. Equipped with 19" x 16" manway with bolt down cover, 3½"OD / 3" ID Tri-Clamp side inlet, top mounted (2) 3 Hp prop agitation and (3) CIP spray balls supplied by a 2"OD / 1½" ID Tri-Clamp fitting, 4" observation opening, thermowell, (2) top mounted paddle mixers and 3½"OD / 3" ID side discharge with 19" ground clearence. Mounted on (6) stainless steel legs and access ladder.

Mueller, 550 gallon 304 stainless steel jacketed dual agitation internal pressure rating of 20 psi @ 350F and 60psi @ 350F for the jacket. Features dome top with 20" manway, five 2" O.D. top ports for the vessel, and 2-1/2" sanitary center bottom discharge 2" above the ground. Jacket has (9) 3/4" threaded I.D. side ports, (2) 1" threaded O.D. threaded side ports. Mounted on 4 legs. Nation Board # 2046.

Mueller, 550 gallon 304 stainless steel jacketed dual agitation internal pressure rating of 20 psi @ 350°F and 60psi @ 350°F for the jacket. Dual prop agitation. Dome top with 20" man way , 52" sidewall, 57" ID, multipile 2" inlet/outlets on top of vessel. Dish bottom with 2½" sanitary center bottom discharge 2½" above the ground. Mounted on 4 legs for stability.

Crepaco, 300 gallon 316 stainless steel jacketed mix tank. 50" ID x 39" straight wall. Dome top has a 18"diameter man way.with sweep agitation, side baffle and CIP spray ball. Fully dimpled side / bottom low pressure jacket. Cone bottom with 3" center bottom discharge equipped with manual ball valve, and a 34½" discharge height. Mounted on (4) stainless steel legs. Equipped with Dodge Hydraulic Motor.

Mueller, 2,500 Gallon total capacity, 304 stainless steel, jacketed, horizontal mixing tank. Chamber dimensions: 87" diameter x 100" length. Equipped with 20" x 15" manway with cover, side mounted prop style agitation, temp probe, CIP spray ball and 2½"OD / 2"ID Tri-clamp style side bottom outlet with 10" ground clearance.
